I've been wacking my dumb little mind trying to figure out what my Character Avitar should look like. It been ERALLY hard. A Simple Spider is out because it's not exiting enough. A Robotic Spider has been done. I wanted a Skull and Cross impleminted into the design some how. But nothing seemed to work. So, after somewhere between 45-55 concepts, I FINALLY came up with one that works. Drew it in different angles and poses and it worked every time! While finalizing this drawing I relaize that it looks an awful lot like the scarabs found in the Zelda Games. But it doesn't really matter sincec you'll possibly never see it in this view again. Anyway, This is mostly to test the look digitally. He has 3 eyes. Two in the normal spot made of fire and one LARGE main one that also acts as the head. You don't always see the flaming eyes. The Skull is part of the body but acts like a shield to the soft underbelly (not seen here). The four hind legs stay above the skull at most times. And the Smoke is mostly to make it look cool but activates ever so often. I was going to go with a scratched out cross in the skull, but then it'll be toohard to notice, thus the embeded Metalic one. It reflects light well. I WILL be making a posable 3D version when I can. But the Smoke will stay photoshopped til I learn how to make it in Blender. Give thoughts.
