Description
My computor is action up tonight.
I takeing a break from the wedding photos. I do have some photos of me in tuts I got to find them. my brother took them.
I did not get to show the boxer his photos I been busy and today is Brothers day.Plus I did not take any new ones with the 3200 speed B/W of the 800 speed color. I was looking for some 1600 speed color but can not find it. I do have some UV black and white; so I going to shoot some with that too.
I know it Kings day today and I was hearing on the radio how the schools is not teaching that day like they should. over 50% of the blacks do not understand what he stood for; maybe more.
Hope I get a change to go this week to shoot
thanks for every thing

Sorry to read about the computer misbehavior. Very nice photo ... wonderful POV, interesting subject, and the lighting really works. Well done!
Ok buddy, tuck that chin next to left shoulder. Uhoh? A little smile to the camera...lol. Excellent action shot. I like it! Aloha

Dear Jock, I really like this photo because even more than showing his physical skills, it shows his mental determination. In a lot of ways, that at times can count for a lot. I've got a picture that you and he both might enjoy - you may have seen it before - it's of Lance Armstrong - and it is a real picture of "determination." If you'd like to have it, send me an IM with your e-mail address and I'll send it your way!!!! Good luck with your computer!! You are the fourth person in two days that has been having problems!!! Hope everything works out!!!! Super action photograph!!!! Love ya!!! Meredith
Cool training shot jock, it's written all over his face, what he must do. Nice work, and good luck with the computer repairs!!
Great photo showing a man hard at work, reaching for his dreams one jab, one drop of sweat at a time! Hope you can get your computer working okay Jocko. Another thing to look into is getting your film processed with "divided", or multistep film development processes. At one time, this was the very best way to get a high ASA film rating to make up for a too dark photo environment without a flash and without adding excess 'grain" to the negative that a "single bath" developer being "pushed" always seems to do. Do not know if you can order film processing like this or can only do it by developing your own film. I do know that film development, both B&W and color, is faitly "doable" and inexpense, it is making color prints that gets very tricky and costs a lot.
Very good portrait!*****!
Wonderful POV composition capture of the boxer in action, Jocko! The directional light and shadow blending gives it an amorphous effect. Sorry about your computer ills, and I wish I could advise you about film processing, but that is beyond my ken.
look he is concentrating not sure yet.. cool cathch
Great sense of action and dedication!
Yes, this is a wonderful shot! Looks natural and unposed with just a hint of motion. Well done!
...les poings plus haut, les aules plus en avant...avec un bon jeux de danse tout iras pour le mieux :) (french) Superb shot Jock! MU
Oh yes, very nice composition and lighting in this picture !!! :)
Great action scene..Excellent shot Jocko! :)
I like a look on his face , he so much concentrating on a next move!
Best way to stay in shape! Superb Capture!
Nothing like beating up a bag that can't punch back or a trainer who's a bit on the large side ! personally I don't like boxing and I like surfing and soccer any day ~Cheers~
excellent action scene !
In this stereotype, which there is the magic one, it is not the whole of the photograph, but the eyes of the boxer... drive or reality fights, one always reads the same determination of the glance. As you do many photographs, it would be interessant to have a mini series showing the evolution of the glance of a boxer in a match. The glance of the 1st round to the last, that of the winner and that of the loser! But I think that it y aun problem with the right to the image!!!
A fantastic sport photography with a lot of dynamics in it! An excellent portrait you have posted here!!!
wonderful color and composition!! excellent action shot jock well done!!
Super! Excellent shot and compo.
The intensity of this shot is excellent.
Excellent shot jock :)
I saw Clint Eastwood at the Golden globes last night. He has gotten much older since his boxing movie. The hands are still quick, though.
Funny you mention that about some not knowing what he stood for . Same as some of the Latino's here did not understand what the imagration thing was about. But were still out picketing.Awesome looking action shot Jock
This is a great picture of his fighting stance & expression! Great catch! (:
I spent the weekend looking at old Rocky movies 1,2,3,4,5........I love the fight scenes ! If I was only younger again but alais one cannot turn back time. Love Boxing !
