Its good because it shows a private moment during a wonderful and memorable time in her life. Not perfect in contrast and compo, but even that fits with the experience of a wedding and the years of marriage ahead. Very nice photo!

I am trying to think why and can only come up with the stark shadow directly behind while I still doubt it if I'd say "badly". You lost no detail/texture on the white dress and her main features are well lit. My opinion: It is hard to do any better using the real environment to do the photogprahy in.

I like the shot because it is photojournalistic...which is my style. :) Sometimes lighting isn't perfect. Often you can correct some of it in PS. The important thing to me is conveying emotion. I think you suceeded in doing that.

I with busi2ness and what he say. I know we post somthing of the same subjuct.I look at the wedding stuff here and that about it. I did pick up a bride magizine lately but I like shots like this better for it shows human behaver better that poses a camera man sets up. i know we have to have the poses too in many photos types. Even when you get actors together and do a surreal image for the photo you may be doing.

What a great "reality" shot! I love it alot better than "posers"! This tells the story. She is radiant with joy!
