Beginnings!
This image is from my new gallery at space.com. There you will find 11 new pictures some of which I will be posting here in the next few weeks. This image shows the Lander Chesapeake bringing the very first crew to the martian surface. This picture was created including the Lander, astronauts and terrain all in Bryce 5.5.
As always I appreciate everyone for taking the time to view and comment on my work.
PS: If you would like to see more of my work please feel free to visit my website at http://www.bambam131.com. There are over 400 images dealing with the exploration of our solar system with images depicting missions to the moon, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn and beyond.

very realistic space scene!! will check out your site.
Excellent work, David.
wowow...superb work :)
Very cool image of a space landing expedition, nicely done ^^
Great terrain - very realistic!! Cool lander too! Good work!
I alwaysenjoy viewing your work. I certanly do not wish to offend but the only adverse comment I can make is that the texture on the terrains is too detailed and gives the terrains an appearance of being covered with brown moss.
The terrain looks just like those pictures from NASA. Well done. I like the space craft design as well. Is that yours, or based on NASA plans?
Hello Steve, thanks for the comment, as for the spacecraft design, all the models I create are of my own design. Cheers, David
Wonderful rendering and modeling as usual! I'm curious, though. How did you get a gallery at space.com?
Outstanding !
Great compo! Effective sci-fi/NASA like illustration! BRAVO!
