i'm trying to improve my underwater renderings, so experts please suggest what I can do. Any tip's welcome!

That looks already great, Ashok! The trick is always: Put a lot of spotlights (caustics) with an appropriate gel above the water surface and increase the haze!

That looks great, and all it really needs is some lighting like huenersh said. To add extra lights there is a cheat too, pool lights are a filter called pool shadow, they create the lighting effect such as light going through water. It really gives some nice effects.

It looks good. You might try to get more atmosphere in the water so it's not so clear, but it's really nice like this too.
