Description
Yet another of my sandsculpture pictures. What you see here is a famous Dutch sailor, Michiel de Ruyter, who lived in the 17th Century, setting sail on his ship 'salamander'. I know you English will not like this :-)))

Oh for pity's sake... that was... ah... a whole bunch of years ago and you can't hold a grudge forever. If that was true, what about us troublemakers here in the US? We seem to have let it all go in just the ... ah... well... many years that have passed. Dang! I wish I was better at math!!! Good shot!
"Sailing, sailing" - Oh, pardon me. I get so excited! Wonderful sandsculpture and a great POV!!! HUGS!!!
Looks like some naughty English birds pooped on him.. :-) Fantastic shot agree with Claudielee on POV
Michiel must have been a smelly thing seeing how that guy upfront is holding his nose. LOL. Excellent composition achieved with that low POV. And awesome sandsculpture. I actually saw a TV-show yesterday about those sand-sculptures in Belgium. #:o)
Beautiful capture. Fantastic kind of art. Pitty it will disappere.

Maybe the English won't like, but I sure do like this. But....eh...I'm from the Netherlands, maybe that's the reason....:-)
