Description
This little fellow was on the fence at my parents place, usually there are 2 of them in one of their gum trees, the only problem when they are in the gum tree, they blend into the bark so well it's very hard to see them.
Thanks for your comments.

What an incredible privilege to be able to get this shot! This baby looks so animated and huge!I Get the feeling he is chatting away being bossy and quite the poser.
Lovely crisp shot, and a great subject. Over here in S.A most owls form part of the endangered list... beautifull birds these.
You are SO right, these birds are hard to spot as they blend in perfectly to their habitats. Great capture mate!
Very sweet and beautifult image erland
Wonderful! Love your connection with your camera to the bird! Great photographic skills and POV. !>!>!>!>!>!
oh wow. Beautiful shot.
Such a strange bird, I like this shot better than the other, the fence line works better. Thanks for the comments.
Wow! I've never seen one of these before. I love the perspective of the fence and the crispness of the picture. Great shot. To answer your question, my camera phone was set at the largest size. I didn't do any post work on that picture and hopefully won't have to worry about that in the future now that I have my real camera. Thank you for your comments.
