real good shot of this turtle who will win the race.
Such strange strips and colours he has!! Great capture and dedi to Mrs Lubner! 8;-)
Indeed a beautiful speciment. How does one go about putting a leach on one of those...it will just slide out of it once it retracts its head. #:o/ Beautiful capture too. I like that tilted angle! Have a great day! #:o)
He's gorgeous! and the red stripe is so vivid that I know he's got a perfect diet. Its so nice to see them being appreciated and taken care of so well. Thanks! I am honored by the dedication and you did such a wonderful job of photographing him! :-)
Great capture! The red ears I get but why slider? I have this mad image of him caroming down mudslides when no one is looking! LOL! Thanks for sharing, BJ

I see many turtles around Dallas in the lakes but they dive when they hear me walking. excellent capture
Wonderful image. Very nicely captured! (Beautiful Fullerton? Are we thinking of the same place? Ah well - perhaps it's changed since I was there. 25 years ago. Hmmmmm.)
Sweet.... If I remember the story right the turtle wins this race.. :)
