Description
After the orders of hyper-realistic drawings for Phox, made under Adobe Illustrator, I undertook a series of hand-made drawings for a famous little French botany paper : the Garance Voyageuse (the Travelling Garance), which has links with the Paris Museum of Natural History. The graphic style ordered by this magazine was a traditional Black Stone pencil one with the highest scientific precision. This pict is from the first order, the topic of which is the culture of Prunus africana, a tree which has a medical use.

A very nice pencil drawing and quite different from the last few post. I like this one a lot, it has a nice outdoor feel and even though he is carring a bundle he looks very relaxed.
Great sketch..you are a great talent!
C'est excellent ! Bravo a toi, Elcet !
