Description
"fusion spores"
this image was inspired by "the reefs of space" by Frederick Pohl and Jack Williamson, a classic sci-f- book from 1963 (the cover price on my copy is 50 cents!)
"we worked out the natural history of the Reef> It was a cluster of living fusorian colonies!...the rate of growth must be terribly slow...perhaps a million years. But the fusorians have time....
thanx F. Pohl and J. Williamson
:)

Very beautiful and dreamy.
Enchanting and beautiful.
J'aime l'explosion de couleurs de cette image, c'est frique.
Interesting & unusual image - well excecuted!
FANTASTIC LOOKING. A MAGICAL MYSTERY SPACE. LOVE TO BE THERE. MUST BE SO PEACEFUL AND CALM.
The word fusion usually implies frantic chaotic frenzied reproduction of some kind. Thanks for the explanation. This is way to calm and serene to be any of those things. The colors and overall peacefulness are wonderful. Perhaps dreams are produced here. Thanks for sharing. BJ
Magical compilation, well done and well presented! (=
What a lovely tribute to a great author! This is a wonderful composition and very well done. Bunny
Stunning and perfect...
That is just so beautiful.
I love this very ethereal mood. Great color combination :)
Nice work! I like how you're stepping away from the "descending staircase" school of fractal art...
