Description
In many major cities in the world, in the public parks, by monuments, piers and the average street corners you see them. Some are playing for a coin in thier case, others for their own enjoyment. The old musicians scerenade us.
I recall a musician on the pier at Old Sac, a historic section of Sacramento, California who was the original insperation for this piece. I hope you enjoy.
