Description

About a month ago I undertook a 'catalogue project' to make sample renders of all my characters. I've been doing it slowly, here's the result so far. These ladies, thanks to using global lighting, were REALLY heavy for my system to render. Kristen (Twi'lek) took 3 renders spliced together to get right. Oh, if you're wondering her shirt says, the collar text says "I love Star Trek". The bottom text says "If you can read this, you're a big nerd." ***Edit: Giolon was kind enough to post a slightly higher res version (2750x2000, 1.7 megs) of this on his website (www.Radiantcg.com) for those who are interested. At that size each character cell comes out to 900x900 pixels. To download the higher version you'll have to register to his site. I'm told it's free, but don't let that stop you from sending money my way anyway. ***You can get it here.

mmm... kristen has spots, spots are fun... and she likes star trek, I think I like Kristen... hehe. Hmm... I seem to know someone as well... but the term renderbeast doesn't really narrow the field :P

Great idea that batch and fantastic render!!! I'm interested in that high res version you mentioned but don't have a website. Maybe you could use one of those upload hosts (www.ezshare.de etc.)...

I love it man! I should do something like this. Human Oola's shades and outfit are certainly smokin'! She looks too cool for everyone else, while I'm a big fan of the little details like the the aurebesh writing on Kristen's outfit. Superbly done. :) As for where to host such a large image, I can't think of any place! Oh wait...IM me or e-mail me and we'll think of something. ;)
