Description

I have resumed a old study on indoor radiosity. The image is based on a picture of artist that I have seen in 3Dlinks gallery, but I don't remember his name... sorry! I have made the curtains and the chandeliers, the remainder is Vue CD and free objects on the web. No postwork! Thanks for view and comments. Luigi.

Great one ! Like the shape of the curtains and the light through it.. Some of your compositions on the wall ?

I don't know that much about indoor radiosity, but it seems to me that there is too much glare around the window. Other than that, it looks fine.

I forgotten, this one lighting has made with only one light (the sun).

Actually the glare around the window is "accurate" in the sense that a camera photograph exposed for the inside of the room would have an almost identical bleached out area. Nice.

looks really good there's just one thing I can't stop staring at and that is the red curtian by the pictures, there is a really big fold on the first panel that just makes it look a little unnatural compared to the straightness of the rest of the curtian. cheers!!

The fold in the curtain to me is not a problem. It actually makes the curtain a little more dynamic. However I think that the screen of the TV is too reflective for a flatscreen. I like the glare around the window, but I think the rest of the scene is too homogeneously lit. A little more shadow would enhance it in my opinion. But then again I know nothing of indoor radiosity, so all i can do is admire your work.
