Description
Was just messing with a plain pic, trying to add some interest and feeling a bit uninspired, when the image spoke to me. That's right, it spoke to me and I wasn't even drinking at the time.
It said "what's a dragon do when he can't decide"?
Well, I answered "He pulls out the ol' Magic 8 Ball and asks it his question. Of course, a dragon's 8 ball has cool smoke and magical sparks emitting from it while it ponders his question. Mine is boring and just says "no", "maybe", "yes", "ask your mother", etc. Smoke would be cool :)

Seriously though, just wanted to let everyone know that I'm still kicking, just been very busy this summer. I'm working for the first time in 5 years and on a golf league. Don't have quite as much time to create or browse as I used to but later in the year it will pick up again and you'll see more of my silly face around here then :)

WONDERFUL WORK HERE :)
Fabulous image, Nancy, and cute . . for a dragon. lol! 8 ball: "ask me later" hehehe! When I saw this title I thought maybe you were doing UV art like Jocko. :^) Good luck on the links!
Excellent image Nancy! And I love the subtle lighting!! Almost like an anti-light, Bryce can produce negative lights! love the pose!!! Good to see you "Kicking"!! XX!! ; )
Brilliant Work.
Sweet! Really like the nice, dark atmo - sets off the slightly silly pose of the dragon perfectly! Oh and...don't talk to anyone outside of the Galleries about those voices you hear, OK...?
Yeah Dragons got all the Cool Stuff. I often wonder what Dragons think about, especially when eating people, I wonder if they think we taste like Chicken. Excellent Image Thanx for shareing. &
Niiiice render, Nance - love the postwork sparkles etc. Trying to remember the classic 8-ball fortunes, I'd often get something like "Ask Me Later". I know what you mean with being busy, but sometimes that's when all my ideas come, and then when I have more time, I'm blank and I've forgotten them all.
Yow! Fantastically fantastic & fun image. REALLY well done Nancy. *****
This is superb! This lighting is terrific.
I had a magic 8 ball when I was a kid. As I recall it had a great number of different terms for "yes" and "no" and "maybe". A no more useful prophetic tool than "eenee-mee-nee-minee-moe" but a great deal more amusing. Anyway. I love the dragon. A cool idea all around. Also Lenord's avatar is making me psychotic.
look like the ball told the dragon to "ask it mama" for he looks like he did not like the aswer too much. but I love this look here ; cool work
I've missed you but this is a marvelous comeback. What a fantastic pose and the lighting is just superb. A fun and beautifully done render.
cool render, excellent lighting.

I have always wanted to do a "black-light" render ever since I saw "Hellraiser 1,2& 3 ! looks like you beat me...ratz ! kool uninspired work Nancy, we better pull our socks up for your return, if this was uninspired, we don't stand a chance ! LOL & Cheers
:) cute dragon,fun and beautiful creation Nancy,excellent*****
Original and creative image! Magnificent!!!
Fantastic lighting and composition. Nice effects. Cute dragon. He seems to be playing with things he can't fully understand. I think the image would be better if instead of the dragon you have put a woman... dressed as the dragon is. 8-)
Nice picture Nancy! Welcome back!
Fantastic concept accompanied by a fantastic pic!!!!
I love it, Dragons are one of my favorites, looks like he'd relaxing and enjoying this triple digit weather we've all been having. fantastic
