pity that the focus missed the eye... great colours & view nevertheless...
impressiv macro... good day and hugs
such a little object, you make it great (or big?) I am on www.fotocommunity.de (or com) too (as "Uwe Carstens"). They are very hard with these rules: eyes must be sharp...:-( Anyway, it's difficult enough, to find these little animals!
another beaut !!! i don't believe that the focus is so far off that its distracting....anyway, maybe its early...i know my eyes are fuzzy in the morning :)
lol, it does look like he is gasping, Fantastic capture!
Amazing shot Shari! I find that glueing their little feet to the leaf gives you more time to set up your shot. LOL. I think he's not gasping as much as trying to wink at you, so the blur on his eye is one of motion rather than focus. ; + )
I love this little fly. Great capture !!
Very nice capture... and the focus.. in middle of body.. Very nice colours. GReat job
Shari, do you know that you are really becoming THE macro expert here... Amazing to see the progress you have made... And this image is frightening... just a fly, looking like a monster... Excellentissime photo ! :~)
what a nice portrait, proper pose, lighting, focus... what more to want?
Man that is a great shot. I have tried to get a few flys. They are tough to snap. Perfect focus on this!! Excellent work.
