Hello All~!
I had to really work for this one with my pocket cam ! This little dam-sil guy was tiny --!!hmm.. might have even been a baby damsil cause it was an inch to one and a half inches long!..dunno cause i never saw one before! SO crept up on him slowly and was laying in the grass with both arms fully extended - streched out to reach ( hanging over the edge of the pond ,doing my best not to fall in and to be still and bringing my little nikon 7900 to almost water level as he was on a lily pad! got this about an inch away from him or her?( uhmmm do not 'er have no clue how determine the sex of THAT thar critter LOL!! ) Shot right before he was off!!
so first one of a damsilly

Amazing capture and acrobatics! I think it stayed there watching you out the corner of its eye to see if you would fall in...then flew off when you didn't. :DDD YOu just amaze me Kimarie!
