Description
TODAY
WE MEET
HELD YOUR HAND
YOU WINKED AT ME
THEN I KISSED YOUR LIPS
STROLL ON THE BEACH AT SUNSET
THE COOL WAVES PLAYED WITH OUR TOES
FOUND A PRIVATE COVE JUST AROUND THE BEND
EVER SO SLOWLY WE SLIPPED EACH OTHERS CLOTHS OFF
GULLS CIRCLE SINGING A LOVE SONG FOR MOOD
FROLICKING WE DIVE INTO DEEP BLUE SEA
THE MOONLIGHT GLISTENS ON HER BREAST
KISSING EACH OTHER VERY PASSIONATELY
MOANING, GROANING LIKE PIGS
SHE STARTS SCREAMING
SHARK, SHARK
SHAR

This is what happens when you are fighting writers block. lol This poem goes from 1 to 9 words per line then back to one again.
Great twist. For me, the form detracts from the story, which roars at the end. Had the trysting trailled off in delighted exhaustion, the 1-9-1 form would fit. -- Dick
Could be from Roald Dahl or Steven King!!LOL Excellent made with an interesting twist on the end!!!! Hugs Ute
