Description
Just another shiny metal crab.

A few Carrara parts go a long way. More primitives, assembly, textures, lights and render in Bryce. Some fun in PhotoShop at the end.

Thanks for clambering in!

this is modelled super. I love it
Very nice job. Shiny! ^.^
Yes, but it's an INCREDIBLE 'shiny metal crab'!! Oh boy, but you do make me itch to be able to model! I love the symmetry and shapes, and the textures of this!! BRAVO!!
superb modeling and textures. Wonderful concept and execution. Awesome!
krabs r kool.....still waiting for my subscription renewal!!! Hey, you could make these von-Neauman machines?.....
Oh wowzers!! Fantastic modelling and crabbing. The whole presentation is awesome...great job!!
Stunning!!!
Whatever Digimon says. (Superb jobremindful of those old Japanese airbrushed cheesecake robots. Subscribers gotta be deliriously happy getting a crack at crabs like that, hehe.)
...and the Crab Soup, is not such a far fetched idea, either....and don't forget; Gotta watch out for those, lint size surveillance crabs, that can somehow, "erroneously cling" to your suit.
Yes, notice that there's no scale indicated - kinda suspicious - and anybody who can spell 'surveillance' ought to be listened to. Are any alternative animated arthropods available?
Would hate to hear one of these scamper across the kitchen floor at night.
Just another shiney metal crab - Hah! Very cool Jim!
Nice Jim! How high can that sucker jump? (I'm thinking of the hiddern character in Das Boot!)
Yess !!
Fantastic model!!!Beautiful illustration for a book!!!
Cool and work and model...bravo!!!:o)
