Description
Four photos taken of the same lamp, with four different white point calibrations.
I did not photoshop these pics, other than putting them all together in this single image, so all the color things were done by the camera, which is a Canon A610.
Here's what I used to calibrate, and the results;
White point calibrating using a brown or yellow object = blue image
White point calibrating using a green object = red image
White point calibrating using a dark blue, red, or black object = green image
White point calibrating using a light blue object = yellow image
The results may vary somewhat, but I don't think it should be too painful. Things of these colors could very well be found around the house.
Enjoy, and have fun, should you choose to use these calibration things.
