Description
Martya rushed through the blast-door at the top of the stairs and rushed out onto the landing-pad. She saw the pilot in a golden flight suit and some of the Special Forces Trropers mounting up. Prince Kugar was in a copy of his Father's armor. Over the wind, Martya shouted at him, "You need a cape to look more dramatic!"
Her little brother, Vollock ran up as she grinned at him. "Martya!? What do you want?" We're busy!"
She held her chain-gun like a pistol and said, "I'm comming along to shoot bad-guys and safeguard the prince! I want to see the robots and giant monsters I saw in my dreams."
His left arm slashed the air as he shouted at her, "No WAY, you crazy twit! You fell on your head a year ago and lost your mind. You are not coming along with us! You'll endanger the mission! You are too unpredictable and we can NOT count on you."
Prince Kugar Nodded and said, "Your little brother is your guardian now. Listen to him."
Martya jerked a thumb at herself and shouted, "Prince Kugar! Your father did remove my rank after the incident, but he left me unrestrained to 'Follow my fate, where ever it leads.'" She glared at them and said again, "Where ever it leads! It leads me to whrer you are going! I have to go!"
Prince Kugar was furious with her, but said diplomatically, "Alright--you go to my father, King Kruag and get his explicit permission and you'll go with us. Is that alright?"
She nodded enthusiastically and shouted over the wind, "I'LL BE RIGHT BACK! Don't go anywhere!" She spun on her heels and sprinted back to the balst-doors and disappeared back inside.
Vollock looked at Kugar in his green metal commando armor and asked, "Were you serious? We should go NOW!"
Kugar nodded. "We should. We won't. My father is a man of his word. So am I."
Vollock sighed. "Damn! I was afraid of that."
