Wow!!! Shopping? Is this the beginning of a K-Mart? With gas prices as they are now, it's nice to see that people od the area are taken care of. LOL AND hugs!!!
Is this beautiful downtown Glenview, or just part of the sprawling suburbs? ...nice slice of urban decay ;o) I did check out the opposite tho...both are cool photos Troy hugs
Love old places like this, Great shot!
Yup, this is pretty much downtown Glenview. At least it is the main intersection in the community, where Highway 481 meets Highway 48. No traffic signal here though, just two stop signs for vehicles traveling on Hwy. 481.
The City of ghost or ghost of City ? LOL... excellent image for this one too... Hugsssss
I remember pumps like this one at a gas station I worked at as a teenager. so much history in these buildings. marvelous work Troy.
I'm packing my back and on my way to paradise -- this shot of it sold me! ;] Great character here.
Wow this is cool !! Nature wins in the end huh ? ;) Superb !! :)
This is really neat...I can picture it alive again!
Oh wow, love this mood here, good old stuff! Terrific work, Troy!
Excellent image! You mean this is actually a living community? wow - love the composition Troy! +++
Sure wish these old buildings could talk. One can just barely see the outline of a Coke bottle on that rusted out round sign...from the days when a soda pop would cost 5 cents. Nice work Sir Troy.
