Description
This started out as a test render, positioning the branches and the treepython - to be used in a "full scene" render which I'm planning to make.
Well, I was so impressed with the snake (DAZ), that I decided to make a little more than the naked test. So I found a photo on the web and used it as an alphaplane background.
Of course this is a sort of discount render, but anyway :)
Vue5I, Poser, Onyxtree (only the foreground branch) & Photoshop (for a little tweaking with the levels).
0.6 mio polys rendered in little less than 1 hour, Global Illumination and "User Settings" with Hybrid2.5D DOF.
Fantastic Python freebie by DAZ.
I know many of you probably don't like snakes, hope you like the picture anyway :)
Comments etc. very much appreciated.
Have a nice day

Fantastic & photoreal. The best one can do with Vue right now. Now picture this scene with subsurface scattering...V
This is the i-point of realism! Wow! I like your PICS very much too. All really good and perfect works!!
It's really hard to tell if the snake was a photo or 3d. Awesome lighting/posing/composition. Really superb!!
