This reminds me of the saying that a bird in the hand is worth more than two in the bush..and you have the two in the bush...cute spring shot...now if those birds were in my bush...mwahaha...have a super weekend daughter
lovely birds
Nothing like the sound of chic-a-dee-dee, to jump start springtime!!!!!!! HooRay for you!!!!!!!! I've been reading all the gardening catalogs and getting all excited about new flowers!!!! happy spring Maggie!!!!! ;-)
When sparrows start poking their heads up through the bushes I suppose spring must have arrive. Very nice shot!
I was about to say, those don't look like chickadees. Of course they might be in disguise. Probably planning on a bird feeder raid. Be on the look-out for suspicious activitiy. But still a wonderful shot and congrats on Spring's arrival!
LOL!I thought these were sparrows!Digimon(Eric) called it a chickadee, too,on my pic...so I am totally clueless when it comes to birds!Anyway, regardless of what they are, this is wonderful Maggie.I love how watchful they are.You can sense their nervousness. There's tension in this shot, but also a beauty...life is such an exquisite, fragile thing...Lovely and thought-provoking image, sweetie.Hope you have a fabulous holiday.Hugs.-M :^)
Very pretty shot! The greenery gives it an early spring feel.
