Description
Started playing and experimenting and ended up with this.
Made the apple mesh and map. Rendered that, then made an altitude render of the mesh and applied that grayscale image into the terrain editor. Pixelated terrain by pressing Alt while sliding the "Posterize" bead. Applied the first render to the terrain. Set the display mode with the render and wireframe together and took a screnshot. Mixed everything together in Photoshop and erased what I didn't want. If you understand that, you're better than I am.
Has nothing to do with Macs or Apple

Makes perfect sense to me! Does that make me a geek?
Mee tooo. I am a dedicated TE fan,....and a geek. Very creative; using the screenshot from Bryce, Frogdot. Excellent and illustrative!
Nice experiment. Turned out well.
nice effect.
Fantastic....playing like that is fun and leads to some really interesting results....and this is one of those results. Excellent work.
Realy neat effect. Made me think of teleportation experiments. Breaking down matter in one place and reconstucting (hopefuly) in an another. Scotty would be proud! ;)

Cool stuff, seems like there are still some hidden secrets in Bryce ;-)
Genetic/electronic masterpiece, and yep, I am left clueless...(=
Would love to learn this technique .... Can you do it with a human body or head? Outstanding work of art
Yup, understood it and appreciated!
