It looks great - the armor is cool, and his face is amazing.
The expression is really well thought out. Also like the skin texture on him and the composition with the framing skulls works well too.
This is cool! As far as the armor...it still looks a little shiny. You might try adding some rust and stains in postwork for a more worn look. But man...this is really cool as it is.
