Description
"Three Rings for the Elven-kings under the sky,
Seven for the Dwarf-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Men doomed to die,
One for the Dark Lord on his dark throne
In the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie.
One Ring to rule them all,
One Ring to find them,
One Ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them.
In the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie."

Never liked L of R much. The first volume was at least well written, unlike the rest. Still, Tolkien's scholarly work on the Sir Gawain and the Green Knight was superb....
wow, what a super super work!!!! excellently done!!! :)
The one ring, in a pile of butter brickle? Asked for the ring as a gift, wife replied "No! It's EVIL!!" Sigh Nice image! Did you add the eye in later?
I just love all your series Frodo...or should i call you Smeagol? #:oP Because you always improve with each new shot of yours, as you did with this one. I just took a peek at the blue one and they all are sooooo coooooool...gollum...gollum. Love this one naturally...but whatever are those things its laying on? Looks like brown sugar or something that youve been chewing slightly on. #:oD Have a great day buddy!!!!! MAS4EVA!!!
going to my favorites my teen would love this she is a lord of the rings freak!! ... awesome can i send her this?... beautiful ...!~!!! V
My Precious, hehe. Awesome image and words:)
Legend or realty, Tolkien was a smart guy and a deep historical resercher. I was so curiuo about his mith that I compared it with other Sagas and mithilogy and I found out very intristing point of commun: for example in the judish history god gave the ring of power to Salomon to permite him to summen the demons for build Gerusalem or Odin gave the one ring to Thor to permit to control the power of the nine world. Every mithology speak about a ring, but this is just the first point of commun... Beautiful macro shot!!! Have a wonderful week!!! :)
Very nice picture. I am somehow in the mood for sweet & sour chicken though. KP
