Description
A recurring character from the Ring of Steel, a D&D Forgotten Realms campaign set in and around Harrowdale.
A sergeant in the infamous Red Plumes of Hillsfar, Pavel is most often dispatched to lead patrols along the Moonsea Ride and Halfaxe Trail. Cruel, sedistic and brutal, he delights in enforcing Maalthiir's policy of ridding Hillsfar's lands of "sub-humans". Which in his view is a licence for any form of mayhem directed to elves, dwarves, halflings, gnomes and any fey he encounters.
