Description
"Remember, a dead fish can float downstream, but it takes a live one to swim upstream."
--WC Fields
Though not a dramatic photo, something about this one appealed to me on an abstract level. I will quietly end the work week with this image and let you see in it what you will see. =]
"Intolerance of ambiguity is the mark of an authoritarian personality."

wow, looks fantastic, excellently done!!!! :=)
WC Fields, comic surrealist LOL. Agree with ModestyB: sperm. Great shot BTW.
Another W.C. Fileds quote "I never drink water! Fish pee in it!" What an eye you have sir, I can see the little guys racing to the prize! "There can be only one!"
Sperm it is! or even those goldfish with the long wavy fins. Nice texture! KP
Definitly sperm..tomorrows pic will show their destination...lol..
LOL @ your title.Well it's hardly ambiguous now that I'm seeing little fishies, lol! You know I'm loving this series Kortalouche.I think it's the colors that really make it work for me.That firey orange looks fabulous against that dark charcoal ground.Plus that wonderful texture.Loved the nail heads on the prior ones,as well.Have a great weekend!-M :^)
What a Spunky Image!...and WC.Fields Complaint..."I had to Survive on only Food and Water for...three Days!"
Excellent imagery to support Fields' saying. Sure you have to be alive to swim upstream. The imagery and the connotation are so very well purt together.
Nature is a great artist and you have demonstrated this masterpice perfectly !!!
Excellent :)
Great macro, Kort; the color and texture is superb!
Beautiful !! You really have an eye for this, superb !! :)

LOL@your title indeed! Ooooh....those are suppose to look like fishes? I thought....nevermind. #:oP Honestly buddy...you should put together a texture-kit that you then put out for sale here at RR. Anyone thats into 3D will find good use for High-res textures this great. Have a lovely day!!! #:O)
wise proverb.. and stunning composition along with the whole series Kort Quality and artistic this series Rocks..:)))..:)) outstanding..
Turn your computer monitor ninety degrees counterclockwise and tadpole characters done with rusty brush on battleship grey materialize Kung Fu Tze on monoliths outside the Imperial Palace. Oh, spose you could just rotate the image too (in I Ching or Taoist modealways the easy way).
Interestion title to what seems to be swimming on the metal, good series:):)..V
I had the same thoughts as Andreas, lol. They do look like they are swimming up stream. Excellent. Aloha
super job
Love this pattern-filling texture, Kort, the colors combine so well and it is somewhat tranquillizing! Excellent work, love it! :)
