Description
I was looking at my photos and I saw i forgot to post the out side of the store my oldest son girlfriend owns> She just got the store last month so they on a shoestring. when they started they just sold cokes and now they have plate lunchs and real good burgers. And now they have gas too. They say no to me as a cook; I use too much red pepper and the people in this area of Louisiana do not use but a drop of red pepper.lol.[ You can tell what part of louisiana some one is from by just seeing how much red pepper they put on they food]
But this is the oudside of the place in Drypond, Louisiana.[that just west of Pineville]
thanks for looking and comments and votes
If this your fist time looking at my images I got a lot of photos on this store just look in my gallery; thanks

cool old building Jock. I have worked on old stores like this when I was doing grocery stores. super capture
great foto and story.
@Hopalong: No m8, I think that style is post Huey. LOL. Say Jock, This really reminds me (eceptin' the gas pricing & coke machine) of my training at Ft. Polk's Camp 9, which eryt tells me has been closed awhile now. Jeeze, sure remember the "hot tuned lasses" down there.
great shot! Thanks for sharing!

Very particular place....!!! A excellent photo Jock.....!!!!
Your son has himself a real prize. Let's hope it does not become a "hotspot" with attacks on the pumps by wayward automobiles. (I met that lady in Ft. Bragg, California. Her pumps were on four foot high concrete pillars.)
Great shot, Jock. I wish them luck with the store.
Looks like a fun place. Wish them luck on their venture there. If I'm ever down in that land I'll look it up.
