I am trying to appreciate the humor, but it reminds me of the bad situation one of our dogs was in before we rescued her. Which leads me to an alternative title "Dog's worst friend". People who treat their dogs like this (And there are far too many) Should not have pets. Our dog had grooves ground away at the back of her canines, from gnawing at the truck chain she was enslaved by. Cats don't always have it better, there was a guy just recently, they found him living in his garage, because his house was unlivable, with 60 some cats in it! the cats had no food, and were feeding on each other! And it would be one thing if it were rare, but at least twice a year you hear about "Cat collectors". Don't mean to be a "Downer" This image is good technically, I just have difficulty seeing the humor in the mistreatment of any animal. I am curious how you were able to load such a huge image with little loss of quality! Peace

Excellent depiction of the sad truth for so many dogs these days.
I love animals, hate to think how some are mistreated. I think though that dogs have to be kept fenced up because they tend to be aggressive as they are the protectors. My kitties get to run around cause they keep to themselves. I do see the humor in this image though, it is nice work.
I am so glad that many of you have posted your comments. I really hope that it helps to bring peoples awareness of the plight of so many of our "best friends". However, my dog is a spoiled rotten brat dog, perfect! Lives inside the house, gets Pantene Pro V shampoo and conditioner, toys, the best dog food I can get and LOVE. Her job, make the house a mess which she does very well. She is my four legged baby!
