Description
This started out as a practice for an ice tutorial. I got carried away and really had fun making this. It fits perfectly for the winter season here so I thought I'd share.

A little PSP7 to add people in the balloons and fluff up the animal fur and feathers. I also saturated this one but have an unsaturated version elsewhere. I like the rich blue of the sky in this but now the bear doesn't look quite so cuddly. The thumb is without saturation.

Wonderful job on the Ice, I've been trying to come up with a similiar effect. Maybe jealousy should be my New Years resolution?
