Description
Well I finally had time to do Aquarius.... only... two... more ... left. GAHHH, the hardest ones too lol I ALWAYS slow down at this point, coz theres no damn goat or crab...
Aquarians are the humanitarians of the zodiac... and also the mad scientists lol They're ruled by Uranus (snickers -- I just know someone is going to make a joke!) and the planet makes them incredibly inventive - but also makes them seem aloof and introspective at times. Anyhoo, to explain the picture.... I'm sure some are looking at it like wtf?? Isn't she supposed to bear water?? Well, yes... but Aquarius is an air sign. Something I never quite understood about the Zodiac - Why do they call it the Water bearer, if its an air sign? So, I put a diff spin on it. I did a similar one in my last set too and thot I would keep the idea. So that's my story and Im stickin to it. I used another one of Shesa's characters, Phoebe. I haven't used her in eons.... but she's another one of my faves.
Have a happy. ;op

OMG I love the colors in this one, just beautiful. You've got her posed perfectly too. Wonderful work....
Beautiful work as always! :)
Magnific purple colors, so beautiful idea with butterflies!!! EXCELLENT WORK!!! Bravo!!!
Such a lovely image! Love the idea of the flutterbies coming out of the urn, rather than water. All those water/air sign things drive me nuts. There's just no real reason for the symbolism in many of the signs.... Now, as to the crab and goat... Go get some photos and postwork them! LOL!
Oh Ill prolly paint the crab
Beautiful as always!!! ^_^
Stunning!! My favorite of the series, though I am not this sign, lol.
The butterflies are a great idea and work very well. Gorgeous postwork. A stunning piece.
Not sure where to start. The rainbow, the planet behind her, the butterflies.. Let's not forget how gorgeous she is and I love that pose. Very spectacular, Barb!!
Superb composition - looking forward tothe last 2 - the series has been great!!
Very beautiful, the colours are unbelievable. I love how you do the spectral mist / rainbow postwork. It looks fantastic.
A most beautiful image depicting Aquarius and I truly love the hues in this image, my favorite colors! The flutterbies (?) look fantastic and integrate perfectly within the scene! As for a crab, I think Content Paradise has or had a nice one in the free section if I'm not mistaken. As far as the confusion of the water/air dilemma goes, perhaps they considered rain to correspond with the air sign. Either that or they were drinking too much ale! LOL! Outstanding work!
Oh, this is so gorgeous, I'll skip the Uranus joke and just tell you what an incredible job you did on this one!!!! It's all purple!!!!! I'm really serious-you have the most wonderful instincts when it comes to colors in your images and the richness in the hues are always so impressive to me!!! I love the way you posed her-I can almost see Uranus from this angle!!! (Sorry-I guess I couldn't skip the Uranus joke after all!!! LOL!) Excellent work Iggy-these just get better and better!!!! Vote!!
Aquarius is my sign and I am very pleased with that way you presented it. The colors are vibrant just like Aquarians. Thank you!

Love the colors in this one!!I am an aquarius and i dont think i am ruled by my anus! But i never put to many life changing questions to the horoscope so maybe i am..It does rule me at least once a day...lol...enough,i must go..Excellent work!!
Great one Barb ... love the props and colors ...
wow..wonderful render with fantastic postwork.
Beautiful!!!! =0)
I love the flutterbys instead of the water S quite imaginative and superb work on this sign S its not so much the water itself as the flow and ebb of life that the Aquarius governs I have always thought so S Stunning werk hun *and BTW you dont always have to have a goat for Cappy - tis a seagoat atter all if that helps the ideas to flow S HUGS
I didn't know this astrological "weirdness"!! Cool to learn new things!! :) A beautiful and surely original interpretation, and the colors are quite beautiful!! Great picture, with just a hint of fluffyness... :P
Excellent atmosphere. Gorgeous girl. Great pose. Those butterflies look wonderful. Great hair. I like those pink tones. I'm going to vote and I won't do any joke about that anus of Ur! 8-)
