I have a new monitor and it has not been calibrated as of yet, so any feedback as the the color and brightness of this would be greatly appreciated!!

This is a fantastic render. The coloration and lighting is superb with excellent choices in where you have the highlights. No complaints here...just wonderful work.

Very cool! I love how naturally she is grounded in the scene. I think this is a simple detail that a lot of artists seem to miss. I have a flat panel LCD, and the color and brightness look just fine to me.
brightest bit is obviously the top, appearing silver w. light blue light reflection... her face is moderately lit and detail is normal visibility... the pipe running vertical to her left leg disappears mostly, with the truest contrast of it being at ground point though there is the ever.so.slightest hint of it in the depth of shadow, and i can see a faint checkmark looking shape where the pipe joins the wall... the curving pipes off her left elbow are hinted at with the curved bit the most visible and the upper most parts slightly discernable whilst the middle almost merges into the wall itself due to shadow... and yes, my monitor is calibrated, but as with everything, t'is set to meet my own taste... to me, it looks like your normal SD type of lighting and i doubt you'll need to do much configuring at all...

Looks great on my CRT - not too bright, not too dark, nice contrast. I love the red rim lighting playing over her body, and the glint off the metallic wall looks great! Excellent work.

er, to me it comes out way too dark. I get very little detail. Now I've not calibrated my screen so I may not be the best one to say. I copied the picture into Corel, ran a histogram on it, and the median black-white value came out at 14% (where white is 100%). Almost all of the image was below 50%. There's a lot of texture in there, but I honestly couldn't see it until I changed the tone curve. However, most people seem OK with it so....
Seeing that i lack any artistic anything in any way, shape or form, i'll just say "damn' what a kick-ass pic! Love it!
