Description
This is my first work with Vue 4, its a WIP, so be kind LOL. Eventually it will be a full blown river scene, and look a lot better than it does right now.

: I think you've got an excellent tonal lighting effect working...make sure as you progress through it you don't lose the "mood" you have right now. Looking forward to watching this piece emerge. Good luck!

Hey Blade How are you? I got your message and I will be emailing you soon. But I wanted to tell you that this is great. I'm kinda glad that this is yours so I can ask one of my dumb questions again!!! I see a lot of these with the (WIP)-what the heck does that mean??? But this is great for a 1st work. I love the lighting! Hope all your other projects are going good too. Happy Holidays! Ooh I put a new image in the Holiday Gallery...took me forever to finish that one! :)

This is your first? It would probably take me months to make something like this. Excellent landscape and setting.
When I'm up early enough (which is rare in summer but easy now that its winter!) I love to climb the back of the hill above my village to watch the sun playing actoss the clouds. I am warmed by the image above, as it reminds me of this special connection I have to my temporary home..in this the land of strangers.
