This is my proposal for a factory administrative building,..i tried to visualize the challenge and the heavy weighted industry,..in this visual form adn tthis colour theme of the red,.black and steel with glass,..all comments welcomed

Very nice building design and model. Good layout too, but I would tweak the textures a bit more if I were you.
