Description
Hi dears,
just to wish all of those who celebrate it
A HAPPY AND SAFE THANKSGIVING DAY
... and for the rest of us... have a great day!
Sorry it's not a turkey, but at least it's poultry... right out of the oven ;o)
A dish all of my family likes very much... chicken, potatoes and sweet pepper....and the best is it's very easy to prepare in the oven. Anyone who is interested in the recipe may write it in a comment or an IM and I'll send it to her/him. :o)
Thanks for stopping by and any comments.
Thank you for your nice comments and votes on my yesterday's upload

All the onions and sweet peppers flavoring the chicken. What an aromatic dish. Man I can just taste it. My mouth is watering already. Gosh, if distance were not an issue, I'd bring a dish or two and we all could share the table at your place - or you could just come here. Have a great day my friend.
