Description
Hi dears,
as I've told you in my posting yesterday I have made another experience at the cemetery that I cannot get out of my mind... during the walk I came to a place I have never been before. Those graves are decorated differently to the usual ones, so colourful and serene.
I got closer and what I saw really striked me!
Those are all graves for babies... OMG... it pulls your heartstring to read the inscriptions.
Some of the babies were only one month or a few weeks old when they had to pass away and some of them haven't even made one day as you can see in the image. What a tragedy! I sat down with tears in my eyes and my heart was filled with sympathy for their families.
I felt how blessed I am to be able to see my kids growing up!
I felt ashamed of being unpatient or mad with them sometimes!
So this upload is for all the parents here on Rendo...
Be patient with your kids even if they aren't the way you want them to be,
if they pull your nerves now and then,
if there are problems you never had thought of before.
Be thankful for everyday you are able to see them growing!
Kids are such an amazing gift!
God bless you!
Thanks for stopping by and any comments...
but I will understand and respect you if you aren't able to comment this posting due to the subject matter.

I have experienced this loss - my first daughter - I have to sons still - True love is unconditional ! Life in not ~ Very emotional work !
Yes..very sad this photo touch me very nuch! Thanks Monica** :)
awwwww yes monika.. heart felt thoughts in this series... indeed touching.. precious life of child... the mystery of exsistence. beautiful :)...:)))
sorry!i have a problem with this!
I have a 2 year old daughter in a graveyard in Okla. she is in the childrens section. it is hard to realize that so many children die young. My mother lost three daughters under the age 0f 3
You are so right about loving our children....they are truly a gift and are to be treasured...Parents should not have to bury their children...I count my blessings each day...thanks for the reminder Moni~ Aloha!
yes its true .. i have trying to give my 3 children as much love as possible giving them kisses and hugs and encouragement so much ..i cannot imagine losing one.. sigh..they are my world ..a sad but beautiful shot Moika shows your tender heart to take notice ...
You're such a sweetie!
A moving image & words, Moni. It's always horrrible and difficult when someone you love dies but to loose a child must be devastating... huge hugs
Wow Monica.... I am moved....
We have a similar area on our graveyard here and I remember the feeling when seeing it for the first time very well :-(
Very thoughtful capture of you, Monika! I've been once with cousins who lost a 3 months old baby and I've seldom wept as I ever did before seeing this small coffin. It is so unnatural! I mean, old people have lived their lives and once we all know the moment comes of departure. But so young a child! People told me those who bury the dead will never get used to bury young children. sigh Moving work, Monika!
I cannot imagine how people can be so strong to go on but thank goodness the strength comes from somewhere deep within. A very touching photo Moni.
Touching shots Moni :)
You know =I love this kind of photos - thanks for that shot from You
wonderful yes we should appreciate all our kids! they are trully gifts from god!
I have done this too but never took pictures. There are so many that it does make you wonder why. I am very thankful for what I have. This is a beautiful tribute.
This photo is really touching me, Moni. My sister had a child once, that only lived for five minutes. It's unimaginable what a grief this gave. I'm glad you posted this photo. Mhak, Tjeerd.
