Description

Ok awhile back I had said I was working on a project but I couldn't say anything about it. Well this was it:) I was commissioned by Nightwish to do the band portrait for the booklet centerfold of the new Highest Hopes CD and DVD pack :) Needless to say I was thrilled and still cant get over it. I do have the individual images and work in progress if you are interested in seeing them. I am now working on another commission project for another band. I will post it as soon as I am allowed to:) Painted in Photoshop with a Wacom tablet. *Please note that this image is property of Nightwish and Nuclear Blast Records.

Amazing artwork!! I'm sure the band is more than thrilled with the outcome as the details are staggering! There is certainly a lot to see in this glorious piece and the clarity and richness of the colors is truly astounding!! Masterful artwork!!
