Description
This is my son daring to give one of our 'mean' roosters a bite to eat. I was worried about who'd get the BITE, but I guess he has won the trust of this large bird!
Thanks for stopping!

Nice balance and tension, too, for anyone who's been around chickens which can be pretty nasty creatures toward small children.
love the trnsion you caught in the shot. very well done
what a wonderful shot!! too cute with that head sticking out like that .. wonderful moment in time and memorie!!
great pic..this should go in the family photo album..definite keeper..you have a nice looking son...
Kuckelikuuuuuuuuuuuuu!!! Say what you will about those birds, including hens and chickens....but nobody should ever accuse them of being pretty. That skin-flappy-thingie hanging from their faces are just gross. Love this shot by the way. That particular skin-flappy-thingie really adds the color to this one. Excellent shot Jodie! Have a great humpday. #:O)
i think you find them gross because they remind you of something zacko, i like them lol. great shot reminds me of how scared i was myself to been picked in the finger as todler lol
Wonderful picture and another story to be told. Looking at it, you have to wonder at the bendability of the young - I can't ever remember being able to fold my body like that so low to the ground! Lord knows, if I tried now, you would need an emergency service to get me up again!
It's a bit different than the way I used to play "chicken!" Times have changed - for the better!!! I echo Ray - this shot is a keeper.
Very beautiful cene with your made excellent photograph!

Oh wow, it's great to see people (esp. children) to conquer their own fears! :)
