Description
After the Sentinel gets rousted out of bed [from the Space Hutch] he walks to an anti-grav lift, ascends the cliff face and arrives here...at the Concourse. This place is alive with sem-sentient machines zipping about performing various duties. The Sentinel walks the length of the concourse and goes down a set of steps to another level when he gets his equipment, meets his ride ["Beast"] and starts out across the surface of Kibble XXI for another days work.
