'tis a shame that your paintings were destroyed. From here, it looks like your a fine painter.
This is very beautiful and creative!
Very sorry to hear about your paintings. I see many emotions expressed in this and I'm very impressed, and inspired. I need to paint more too. Look forward to more Jock.
really cool work jock i am sorry to hear your house burned down.. i have lost two households of things all my treasures too !!!! all my paintings were sold off to people who do not know me... when i was getting divorced it was all sold by my x -i wonder where they are..sigh.. i know the feeling.. hug good to see you picking it up again !
like the colours a lot here... nice "line work"... and fun painting again!
Wow.......thats very sad to loose your house and everthing in it. Hope everything is going your way ok. Aloha
Oh sad when you lose your work, I have lost lots of mine in floods, so I know how it feels, I like your style Jocko, and I wonder just where you would put such a big one, if you painted it,? Keep on paintin. Eccellent Lina
Sorry to hear about your paintings. Very creative as always..excellent Jocko! :)
Jock bad luck on your paintings mate. But from the old you can create the new...Excellent work!!!...:))
It is sort of like taking custody for the wind to look at how a tall tree stands straight up from the horizon and then build a windmill to use more than one of those right angles not ever parallel. Canvas has a feel. When it is put to a gear it is called "tooth." Oh! sorry that is about paper!
What a terrible thing to happen! I'm happy you are getting back to painting! This is very nice. Great colors 'n' work on the weaving! V (:
I like this. This is very interesting. Really!!
Cool and very creative work Jock....!!! Beautiful forms and colors....!!!!
I will look forward to seeing some of your paintings!
Very cool Jock - didn't know you'd done any painting, too bad you lost them but starting fresh is a good thing too. Like it, the grid and the colours.
You are very talented indeed, the artist run deep in you!!!
excellent ! beautiful design and colors !
Nice abstract painting Jock
I'm very excited that you are painting again! This is pretty and has a nice textures! I need to get at it again too! Looking forward to seeing more paintings from you! :)
This looks kind of abstract to me Jock. I like the cool colors against the earthy background. There is one thing about being a painter, it's all in your head! 8-)
expressive painting art !!!!!!!!! #:O) !!!!!!!!
Cool one. Love the abstract quality of this.
You are a man of many talents, this is really a cool painting. The intricacy of the weaving must have taken a lot of time, a great looking design!
I was in the same boat. I had a internationally known artist teaching me for free in exchange for sweeping her studio once a week. my ex wife kept saying that something was going on between me and her. well when I was in my 20's, I had no interest in a 50 year old woman so I quit going there to shut the racket off. now a 50 year old women looks pretty dang good to me, as of fact 60's look good!!
beautifull color & impressive sens of space & material... looks like a macro of the canves ( it makes this peace of painting artwork looks bigger than 10/10 feets ;) thks, wonderfull peace.
I love the lines and the colors. This is a great rebirth of your painting skills.
Glad your painting again ... cool work !
