Taken on my vacation in Michagan . I wish it were a tad clearer. BUt love it anyways cause its a good memory ( amost didn't post this ),but special to me personally .
SEE The plane was going to leave soon. I only had 5 minutes to run out and shoot while my Mom waited with drumming fingers in the steering wheel LOL!! .. and so, I had to run out to the beach and back and take it QUICK. Today, I did some postwork on it ... there was this fence thingy around it I had to take out ...and a few other things.
Yeah, 'nother light house shot . but it is far off.. and another carosal horse... this time together.
This was one of the town horses the only one on the actual beach . I shot this cause I like the feeling /effect of the horse breaking away from the carosal and having a stroll on the beach!..
I also loved all the colorful beach umbrellas out that day. It looked unreal to me and like a dream there was happiness in the air and it was beautiful out that day . A light breeze set a wonderful mood and I could smell and Lake and also lake Michigan's presence more profoundly somehow. AS if it seeped deep inside of my being now. I was to hop on the plane soon and I didn't want to leave when I shot this. This is the last carosal horse I shot out of 50 !

That's where that horse went off to. I bought a ticket for the carosel and when i went to get on the damn horse took off..if you did a wide pano of this shot , you'd see me off to the left chasing that horse down..=))))) Kimmers, you really love those horses..You did a fantastic job putting this all together. Excellent story and presentation...
How unusual I have never seen a horse ( toy one that is lol) On a beach; but I love it and the story line is grrrrrrrrr---eat also hugs ))

What a marvelous idea for the carousel horse to break free - he seems to fit perfectly with this bright and joyful scene - so colorful = too bad you had to leave but you did capture something special. :o) CC.

An other wonderful shot Kimmie and I love this horse, I'm hopeless oldfashion and we have here in Blackpool a similar caroussel, I love it and when we go there I can stay for hours and watch the kiddies on it!! The child in us!!!LOL Excellent work!!
