Description
i started off wanting to do a rainforest scene... you know, nice little creek running through and all. somehow i ended up with this
the FPS lovers amongst us might be reminded of something along the lines of FarCry. at least that's what it reminds me of!
it only took 3 hours and a bit to render, thankfully. i had to do some minor post-work modifications to it, colour-fixing etc, but beyond that it's all Vue.
i spent a bit of time messing around in the material editor with this one, slowly getting a grip of Vue Infinite's capabilities. i'm obviously not pushing it to the limit, but in the future perhaps i will :)

Yeah, not the usual palm at a tropical beach one. Excellent stuff however. The sand looks very very good, the right amount of ripples for a scene like that. And no Bill to be seen, must be killed already!
oh it was only Volume 1 so i didn't even get to see him!
The sand material looks really good here, and I love the water. Glad to see you could fix the texture problem.
I love the vegetation, and the sand is amazing. Excellent image!
This is one well put together scene. Love the sand and water. Great job with the tecture of the sand as it mixes into the green up on top of the hills. Sweet work. :)
Very nice. Ever see the TV show Lost? I just started watching season one. Anyway.. this picture reminds me of that TV show. Well done! Where are the parrots flying about?
I like the composition very much and agree with every one about the sand, very well done!!!

very well done, love the composition and of course the small creek :-))
the energies of life, I can sense. BTW is the tree in the water itself? it looks like it blocks the water! How does it flow?!?!?!
