OK, so it's not as hot a topic as some I've seen here recently, but I thought I'd just get the ball ... er ... rolling. My creativity seems to be spiralling. I had to go long for this one. Maybe it was a bomb. Alright, I'll stop or you'll want your quarterback. Anyway, Texas Tech simply is the best, so there's no disputing it, and putting it here gave me a couple of new experiences: First, I've never just put one of my images up in modelling, but that's really where this one fits, as I'm showing you my Wings-created football, textured with UV mapper classic, rendered with Entropy. Second, because I've never even thought of putting something up in the World Events/Social Commentary, I decided it was about time. The model is for a project for a client. The thinking here is to make a football that is totally believable, while not using anyone's "patented" design features. I realize this isn't a hugely creative scene, but I thank you for dropping by anyway. :) (Oh, BTW, I am NOT a Tech student, nor did I ever attend the school, so I'm just ribbing all you football fans out there.)
