Description
As a former pilot I like my aircraft to look as though they are actually flying.
No history lesson this time. Just a meaningful picture I hope.
Thanks for taking the time to look folks.

I can hear them and feel the weight of the air!!! Hey...even the Airframe Numbers and Designations are different on the 'Forts!!! Great portrait! And 'yep they look as though they are flying to me! Cheers! Alan
Looks very real to me...!! Well done !!
OK - gotta vote for this one. Sadly, I am old enough to remember when the local air base changed over to jets. Awesome to see at the time but I do miss the sound of recip engines and steam locomotives. LOL. Local air field has some B-25's open to the public this weekend. Wish I could. Anyway. you do OUTSTANDING work. Where did you find those terrific B-17's? Salute. Dwayne
Detail is Excellent,It looks so real.
must be later in the war, if the P51's are providing escort..wonder if there's B29's out there..hmm...
Amazing lighting, love the B&W feel to this...like an old movie...bravo! **
quite cool :)
i love images with planes in them....so i will comment this one and say well done!
A great image.
Very nicely done! I also am old enough to remember the first 707 commercial jet. You did a terrific job here and the sky is just right for the concept. The lighting makes the scene work for me. Great job.
Very good pov and composition.. excellents lihgts and sky ..only one obs... maybe, a little too much reflexion (blue) on the texture of the planes
Again you prove that you are one of the better artist at this site! It's a true privilage to view your work. DO keep it coming. David P. Hoadley
