Description
"Coo...coo... here comes the dove from above! [Shooting Stars]"
--Vic Reeves
Something about the arrangement of this scene reminded me of a music stanza, so here you have the avian version of the "D" note in the Treble Clef. I played a number of musical instruments in my youth, but never enjoyed readying music. I much rather play things by ear. But perhaps this is a sign... ;o]

a lonely tone, indeed ;-)
Maybe you could play a complete tune if you photographed a row of them. It's only one note away from the beginning of "Blackbird singing in the dead of night."
The lone dove, usually they are in groups, fine capture, the lighting must have been tough to get right, excellent image composition.
Excellent humor captured. Love you idea. Aloha
Yes, a star... indeed!! I love this capture... very well seen, and yes it really reminds of a stanza... ;-)
a great pic... a great grafic impact here.... great idea...!
the more I look at this picture, the more I wait for one of the 'strings' to snap - sorry I seem to be going through a strange day.
super poetic!!
D sharp eye of Kort D-scribs his youth. You played with your ear? Didn't Jimi H. do that? lol Nice picture. KP
As a musician myself I know that all compositions start out with the first note :-) and, this is a wonderful composition! Let's jam :-)
lovely shot
Wow cool idea and perfectly executed !! Amazing artwork Kort !! :o)
Ever hear the song, Johnny one note? It does remind me of sheet music. cool mood.
I guess in the back recesses of the mind you were once exposed to the PBS commercial spot of a pianist contemplating when birds landed on the wire outside his studio. He gazed and then it hit. Nice discovery. Maybe a sign for you?
I'm assuming the 'G' line is vibrating...LOL cuz there's only 5 lines in a staff...heh heh heh...the music critic...cool image tho and some great 'musical' suggestions[oscilis' comment]

Actually (For me) there is a bit of an optical illusion, the lines almost look like the lines that seperate tracks for track & field! I like how your mind works! Yes, a single note! Fine image!
