Gothic Genre

as our Gallery of the Week. Gothic is nearly an ancient term that has a wide and international definition. It can cover architecture, film, painting, fashion and much more. At Renderosity, the Gothic Genre tends to refer to nightmares, dark scenes of death and demons. It can also cover gothic romance where a woman is imperiled in a dark scenario she cannot escape. I was very impressed with the wide variety of subjects and styles in Renderosity's Gothic Genre. So many great, great works in this dark, fascinating genre.
