Okay, I just had Grokbot find all of my OBJ object files. Then I had it create thumbnails for all of them (Having not saved or manipulated them in poser). It used a copy of Blender I have and did it all in the background, opening each obj file in blender and creating a thumbanil, then saving it. WOW!

Me too! The library has created a script that I run in poser so I can actually slide models from the library right into poser just like the old PzDB adatabase used to do. Working on the compatibility to slide an object file in now. This is all very exciting.very interesting o.O I really like the menue on the left ... looks really cool :D

Any chance you could be looking at turning this into a resource for others to use? Either Open Source or a small fee to help fund future development? This looks like something I could be interested in.

I REALLY miss PZDB. It was so handy and had the ability to do tags, as well as include and search up all of my OBJ model files. Unfortunately, it died with my Windows 11 update.
After a lot of searching and trying to figure out how to add or alter existing windows file library programs, none of which met my needs, I found the solution. I attended an Author panel at the P-Con SciFi/Fantasy convention on AI. A quick discussion with one of the panelists on Grokbot, and an upgrade to my account let me start messing with it. Took a couple of hours of prompts and tweaks, but it produced the library of ALL of my runtime folders (Including DAZ and some side branch ones). This includes the ability to add tags to the models so I can do more refined lookups for models used in previous projects for consistency.
The next step is to have it CREATE thumbnails for all of the OBK and Blender files in the library, rather than placeholders.
Unfortunately, the build mechanism is not exportable...yet. But I am using it now. Sooooo cool!
