I see this character in a lot of the items from Art Ken https://www.daz3d.com/art-ken on DAZ.

Almost but not 100%. The lower lip which makes her unique is different. Didn't see specific morphs; could probably tweek a lip bone, but...

She looks like a quadraw321 character. Try here at Rendo as well as Daz Store.

That was my first thought, too.


Maybe a Mix? 

1st time she was shown is here https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-ak-enthusiastic-hair-for-genesis-9  maybe the character was also released around the same time.

This item was released on 2025-10-19 ... maybe this can help to find her.

I think she looks like a mix from severeal characters from Q321, Magic Brush and Vyktohria.

I think you're correct that it looks to be largely a quadraw321 figure. I've a few from him and the other artists mentioned, but not finding that specific character.

However, I tested tweeking the lip geometry on Rizza and it was quite easy.
