I am a c8pro owner.  I have not been using the betas, but would like to start.   How do I get the beta version of Carrara?

I am unable to locate a link or a coherent explanation of how to download it.  Many owners are asking, but none of the replies actually give a clear answer.  Do I reset my C8 purchase?  I tried that and was not sure what it was I downloaded, it seemed to be 8.1.  

And does this beta have functionability with Genesis?

 

I had set C8 aside long ago, waiting for the 8.5 upgrade, and it seems to have dragged on forever.  I bought a few Genesis products hoping to soon be able to use them in Carrara.  It would be nice to be able to use them.  Studio I find to be an incomprehensible interface and dson importer is cumbersome.

I figured it out.  Reset the c8 product and they give you 8.1 and the beta.  They are not labelled clearly, but if you download the file you can tell.
